Customer Care Policy

We are happy to process returns and exchanges for all customers within 10 days of receiving their order. All items must arrive back to us in their original condition, with all hang tags and labels in tact. You will be sent a return label to your email in order to process a return. After receiving your items back we will refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus the shipping amount. If the items do not arrive back to us in their original condition, the item will be returned to the customer.

In the event of an exchange, you will be charged an additional fee for the shipping cost of your replacement items. Please note, returns are not available for items from previous releases. In addition, we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged in return transit.
